SHAWCO teachers are recruited through recommendation and reputation and are carefully selected through a screening process. All teachers are based in the Western Cape region and have full-time employment in neighbouring schools. Saturday Program teachers report to SHAWCO Academic Coordinator Thara George who manages and oversees the curriculum.
